Here is a direct quote received today via email from a truck driver and potential investor who has been delivering frac water to drilling sites in the Bakken Shale formation in North Dakota for the past three years.
“Dennis, I would like to be a part of this investment. I am currently short on funds but maybe we can do buisness together in the future. There are 200 rigs and maybe even more here in the Bakken, and North Dakota, and hitting every time a well is drilled. I have not heard of any misses. I have been here going on 3 years, and it has been running strong”. Thanks, Dale
It’s interesting to me how a twice convicted felon who served time in a federal prison and now running a boiler room under investigation in Orange County, California, and who is still smoking dope, doing Oxy Cottin, and crack, should ever get away with making any remarks about someone on the internet without evidence or using his name. This thief, and liar will go down eventually, but can not be tolerated, or believed by anyone wanting to know the truth.
One should question negative or personal attack comments, and ask for proof about what is being claimed, said, or printed about a specific company or persons; by an un-educated idiot who can’t even write, and is without integrity, and who won’t identify himself online. This is pure and simple cowardice, and a blatant disregard for any reasonable moral, or ethical standards in business. Now I hear he is nowhere to be found.
It also appears some companies are profiting from claiming to remove negative comments by persons unknown who want to slander or discredit people on the net.
Integrity is something you earn, and defend when questioned and usually takes a court of law & judge’s ruling…because, the internet is a tough place to have your case heard.
Let’s hope the adage ‘what comes around goes around works’…and especially with regards to liars, and cheats.’
P.S. I will provide legal case numbers, and TRO’s, and Lis Pendin actions filed against individuals sued by my companies engaged in theft, a conspiracy, fraud, and unlawful re-conveyence of ownership in oil & gas leases. Dennis
Okay, most everyone has a problem with hearing about 100% hit rate news about oil & gas wells…but this is what a North Dakota truck driver delivering water for fracing operations in North Dakota told me yesterday. I’ve asked for his testimonial and he told me He’ll write one.
Just saw another report about the Bakken Shale with a map shown on Fox again today on the Fox Business News channel. The CEO of Brietling was commenting on the Bakken, and how the amount of oil discovered in North Dakota, and Montana could be a real ‘game changer’ for the US relative to producing more oil. We just need to get the word-out to more politicians, and the American people.
The reason for the 100% completion record in the Bakken Shale wells is directly tied to the discovery, or technological advances and the now routine use of ‘staged fracing’ which has been placed in wide use in the Bakken Shale in North Dakota, and Montana during the past three years. A horizontal leg often 10,000′ long can be ‘fraced’ at numerous intervals, or the shale pressurized under great pressure with water, and sand along a horizontal path drilled through the shale. For example, this process might be repeated 32 times along the 10,000′ horizontally drilled distance, or every 312.5 feet. This new technology and process helps recover around 15% to 20% of the volume of oil in place which can be quite a lot when you know the engineering involved for recovery of oil & gas from a reservoir.
Call or email me with questions and to hear about opportunities to participate in this oil ‘boom’ being experienced in North Dakota, and Montana. Dennis at: 805 701 7761
Investors, after being in the oil & gas business for nearly 30 years, and some serious soul searching; I’ve changed my mind about the advisability of investing with smaller independent companies engaged in raising money for their own private placement offerings. One big problem I see over and over are the typical disruptions of funding, or lack of funding during the funding efforts by smaller companies.
Smaller companies invest in 1 or more oil & gas wells and often in depleted oil or gas fields without adequate research, or geological log library reviews, and these often one to two man operations or promotional companies essentially invest money on a ‘hope & a prayer’ they’ll find something overlooked by many previous operators or developers. The outcome is predictable, and the result are usually dry holes, or less than commercial production. The end result is a hard luck, or sob story told to the expectant investor who felt he was getting a chance to beat the big boys at their game.
I now believe the best way to get involved as a private investor is by investing with companies who routinely work with Land Men or ‘lease hounds’ who can help acquire equity ownership in new technological projects operated, and developed by major oil companies who are well funded through public stock offerings, and their own money; and who regularly employ drilling companies with excellent track records.
This scenario described above is what I see in the Bakken Shale horizontal wells that are being drilled by 197 drilling companies, and at the rate of a new horizontal well every 35 days according, to a ‘Land Company’ our company employs. By the way the hit rate is pretty much perfect when drilling horizontal wells with ‘staged fracing’ in the Bakken Shale at this time.
