I’ve been reviewing the Jan/Feb 2013 Harvard Business Review magazine and noticed EOG Resources (NYSE) is ranked 17th for having a top CEO and showing very good investor earnings out of the top 100 best run companies worldwide. EOG uses a business model for acquisitions I favor.
